HEARTS, in February for obvious reason. There are many nice references to hearts in wisdom literature, and not to wax too philosophical, this was an obvious organ of great importance. Early on, primitive man figured that out the heart was, indeed, the very core of life (along with the blood and the pneuma (breath)). I presume for this reason, it became our ICON for all things important in life.
