Shipping & Returns

Patterns are almost exclusively shipped by email. Your email address must be typed in correctly, otherwise I cannot send. If you are missing an order, please check your spam folder, or email client permissions. Send me and email and I will try to figure out why you havn't received them. Patterns can be sent as hard copy, but ADDITIONAL handling, printing and shipping costs estimates will be provided after purchase of the pattern you want.
