All products are shipped by email.  No tax is required on virtual products, and there is no shipping is charged.  If hard copy is requested contact marian@gospelglass.com  The exact fee for printing, shipping and handling will be given before the product is shipped.  Paypal can be used to provide that charge when the goods are "in the mail"

We do require some information from you which may seem unnecessary: phone number, address--- but many times, email addresses are typed in incorrectly, and/or changed, or a paypal account was borrowed, or email with your pattern goes to a spam folder. I have absolutely NO way to get a product to you unless you are aware that these things happen..... I ALWAYS send the product!!!  If you dont receive it ... then please: 1) check spam folder, 1) check your email address, 3) contact me again. THANKS....
